Pervasive Software Inc. introduced software that allows Web
developers to build their programs for use on some Linux operating
systems.

“The company expects that this week it will be ready to ship the
Tango 2000 Application Server in versions for Red Hat Linux,
Caldera OpenLinux and SuSE Linux. Tango has been on the market
since 1995 and Pervasive has worked on further development of the
software since it bought the company that originated Tango in
October 1998.”
