“TeamLinux Corp. has bought Three-Sixteen Technical Services, an
Austin company that trains open source and Linux system
administrators.”

“A TeamLinux statement says the new training component improves
TeamLinux’s consulting services for businesses that want help in
selecting and designing customized computer systems that use Linux
and other software.”

Target customers are mid-size companies that are moving
into e-commerce and need to integrate that into the computer
systems they already have. Linux is one way to link those systems
together, but it’s not the only way, TeamLinux vice president of
marketing Terry MacEwen said.
