HOUSTON–Sept. 7, 2001– EBIZ Enterprises,
Incorporated, a manufacturer of specialized servers and
vendor-neutral provider of Open Source products and solutions,
today announced that it has filed a Voluntary Petition in the State
of Arizona for Order and Relief under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the
United States Bankruptcy Code.
In addition, Jones Business Systems Inc., a wholly owned
subsidiary of EBIZ, filed a separate Chapter 11 Voluntary Petition
in Phoenix today.
