“OEone Corporation, a leading software developer, and Tatung Co.
of Canada Inc., a leading Electronics manufacturer, today announced
that they have entered into a joint agreement to bring
fully-integrated, Linux-based Internet Computer solutions to
leading OEM customers.”

The centerpiece of the agreement is an exclusive
arrangement between the two parties to fully integrate OEone’s
Linux-based Operating Environment and web applications with
Tatung’s All-In-One plus additional custom computer designs.

The key to the combined offering is that the Operating System
software and applications are fully tested together with the exact
hardware configuration, ensuring that the unit will operate right
out of the box, similar to traditional household appliances. The
consumer can look forward to increased reliability and avoid the
irritation of incompatibilities that can often occur in today’s
computer offering.”

“We are especially excited about how this alliance with Tatung
will improve the company’s visibility and enhance our market
penetration,” said Mr. Seste Dell’Aera, OEone’s Vice President of
Sales & Marketing. “Teaming up with Tatung allows us to
introduce our software products directly to the decision makers of
leading OEM’s worldwide.”
