Forbes: Time For New CEO At Novell, Says Analyst

“After a recent pullback in Novell shares and meetings with
company management, Banc of America Securities analyst Kirk Materne
suggested that the time is right for a new chief executive
officer.

“In a report issued Wednesday, the analyst cited three issues
that ‘plague’ Novell shares: a misaligned cost structure, sagging
management credibility and ineffective capital deployment…”
