“I’ve been on a plane for the past 10+ hours, so forgive me if
this comes across as inane gibbering. (I mean, more than usual.) A
thought just struck me. I don’t know that it’s particularly novel,
but after conflating A Beautiful Mind with Trollope’s The Way We
Live Now, as well as a small dose of Gladiator, here’s what
