InfoWorld: VA Linux Systems bolsters support division with new programs, talent

“In a move to cash in on users’ need to bolster their
e-businesses, VA Linux Systems on Monday broadened its Professional
Services Division (PSD) by adding new programs and engineering and
business talent.”

The support group’s new program, called VA Linux ISP Jump
Start Program, is intended to help users in the planning, design,
and implementation of their Internet infrastructure
solutions.

“The group has also made moves to improve its expertise in a
number of other areas including e-commerce, Web-server farms,
Internet-based multimedia and streaming, Linux driver development,
and open-source application development.”
