“Increasing number of financial service firms are adopting Linux
programs for their business process and information service
systems.

“Industry sources said on Wednesday that Samsung Life Insurance
and Daishin Securities had already introduced Linux programs while
Korea Life Insurance decided to port Linux to its systems next
year. Hana Bank and Kyobo Life Insurance are mulling over adoption
of the open source programs…”
