replace legacy Unix systems with Linux-based ones, indicating a
sign of rapid adoption of Linux solutions.

“Sources from the government and industry said that the Ministry
of Education & Human Resources Development initiated a
feasibility study for introducing open-source software-based
National Education Information System (NEIS), and the air force
will reportedly replace Unix platform in a part of its information
system project with Linux chip-based server platform…”
