Memorandum of Understanding outlining their intent to pursue
cooperative efforts in the provision and support of Linux solutions

strategy of both companies and will constitute an important element
in the execution of Bull’s overall secure e-business strategy.
Bull also participated in a recently completed round of private
equity financing for Penguin Computing in support of the company’s
international expansion.”
“Initially, cooperative efforts will focus on Bull’s service,
support and provision of Penguin Computing solutions in Europe.
Bull and Penguin Computing also plan to collaborate on
manufacturing and logistics of Linux-based solutions.”
