LinuxPR: First Canadian Energy Agrees to Acquire Simply.com Inc.

Through its acquisitions, Simply.com has obtained and
developed a Linux code designed specifically for video conferencing
applications.

“First Canadian Energy Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has
signed a letter agreement to purchase all the shares of Simply.com
Inc. for an aggregate purchase price of $1,700,000 Cdn. The
purchase price will be paid by the issuance of 17,000,000 common
shares from First Canadian’s treasury at a deemed price of $0.10
per share.”

“Simply.com is in the video enabling and video conferencing
business worldwide. Established in July 1999 by Mr. Brad Leith and
based in Mississauga, Ontario, Simply.com’s sales have been growing
since inception. February gross sales are expected to be
approximately $300,000 Cdn. Mr. Leith presently owns one hundred
percent of Simply.com.”
