“Linux NetworX, a leading provider of powerful and
easy-to-manage Linux cluster computing solutions, announced today
it will not be acquired by EBIZ Enterprises Incorporated (OTCBB:
EBIZ). Regular business functions will continue without
interruption.

‘Our business has been very good in the last several months and
our goal of providing superior products to our customers has not
changed. Several new opportunities offer very positive and
promising ways to achieve this goal,’ said Glen Lowry, president
and CEO of Linux NetworX. ‘We still look forward to a productive
and mutually beneficial business relationship between Linux NetworX
and EBIZ Enterprises.’

Linux NetworX and EBIZ Enterprises announced a planned
acquisition March 22. As part of the planned acquisition, the two
companies signed a letter of intent for an operating agreement
allowing EBIZ to manufacture Linux NetworX cluster compute nodes in
its Houston, Texas Technology Center.”
