Internet Customer Care Company Partners with Open Source
E-commerce Solutions Company.

“PeopleSupport, Inc., the pioneer in providing Internet customer
care solutions, today announced that it has signed a partnership
agreement with OpenSales, Inc., the leading provider of open source
e-commerce solutions. The arrangement, which is effective
immediately, enables the two companies to cooperate in sales and
marketing campaigns targeted toward Internet retailers in need of
both e-commerce solutions and one-stop customer care services.”

“We’re pleased to have signed a leader in the burgeoning open
source applications market,” said Lance Rosenzweig, CEO of
PeopleSupport. “This partnership will allow us to extend our
one-stop customer care solution to emerging businesses who rely
upon OpenSales to rapidly deploy its cost-effective OpenMerchant
e-commerce application for managing online retailing sites.”
