Open Source/Linux Professional Services Company Completes
Third Acquisition Since March.

“TeamLinux Corporation today announced its new West Coast
presence through its acquisition of Edge Technology Solutions
(Edge) of Irvine, California. This move closely follows similar
acquisitions in Austin and Dayton, Ohio, announced last month.”

“Opening our West Coast region is further evidence of our
company’s commitment to addressing high nationwide demand for open
source technology services solutions,” says Dan Maher, TeamLinux
chairman and chief executive officer. “Penetrating the West Coast
market and anchoring our presence in this key technology-savvy
region is vital to our aggressive national expansion plans,” he
continues. “The intellectual capital and existing relationships of
these highly skilled people are complementary to our overall
business plan and will quickly further our national presence.”
