Ottawa Citizen: Corel stock hits 18-month low

“Corel Corp. stock hit its lowest price in 18 months yesterday
as investors fled the troubled software company.”

Some investors appear to want specifics now on how Corel
plans to cut heavy operating losses, but Corel won’t have those
plans ready for about a week.

“…The stock is also being sold because a new Corel offering of
up to $30 million in stock will be priced to the average price over
the current period. As the price drops, the size of the offering
and its potential dilutive impact on an already depressed stock
grows.”
