immediate troubles yesterday with regulatory approval of a
$30-million stock issue.

“The software company could have the money in its hands within a
week to cover operating and restructuring costs. The deal closes
June 28.”

“The Ontario Securities Commission gave approval to the issue of
7.3 million shares at $4.11 each to Canaccord Capital Corp., a
Toronto investment house.”
