“Antoni Norman proudly announced a few of days ago, May 13th,
that the final release of the Pinguy OS 11.04 operating system,
available for download on mirrors worldwide.

“Pinguy OS 11.04 is an operating system based on the recently
released Ubuntu 11.04 (Natty Narwhal) Linux distribution. However,
Pinguy OS 11.04 does not include the Unity interface, which has
been completely removed from the system.

“Pinguy OS 11.04 uses classic GNOME 2.32 desktop environment
with the Docky dock-like application. Compiz has been fixed and
it’s now enabled by default. Pinguy OS 11.04 is available for both
32-bit and 64-bit architectures.”
