PortalIT: Biggest Roll Out for Red Hat Linux in India

“Red Hat Inc. on Monday announced that Canara Bank has selected
its Enterprise Linux platform to automate more than 1000 branches
across India.

“The company said that, the major project marks the largest roll
out of Red Hat Enterprise Linux in India.

“Canara Bank it’s India’s third largest PSU bank. Under the roll
out of Total Branch Automation (TBA), Canara Bank is modernising
branch automation through an in-house developed TBA package…”
