of Mark Scott as the Chief Executive Officer. Scott will provide

“Scott was CFO/COO of Buystream Inc. where he successfully built
the Company from a start-up to a 100-person multinational software
organization including negotiating a $20 million pre-IPO round of
financing led by Safeguard Scientifics Inc. (NYSE:SFE). As a
founding partner of Non-Linear Ventures, Scott has been involved in
the debt and equity financing of several private and public
companies including the IPO of Dynex Power Inc. (CDNX:DNX),
resulting in the subsequent purchase of the $55 million Lincoln
Business Unit of Mitel Semiconductor.”
