the patent infringement case filed by Bedrock Computer
Technologies, LLC.“On Wednesday, Barnes & Noble, the big-box bookseller that
also licenses and produces the Android-based eReaders Nook and Nook
Color, filed a counterclaim in the patent infringement suit
Microsoft launched earlier this year against B&N, Foxconn,
Inventec, and Hon Hai Precision Industry Ltd.”
