“SAP and Novell said the two companies will offer joint support
for SAP applications that run on SUSE Linux.

“The announcement, which comes out of SAP’s Sapphire conference
in Vienna, means that SUSE customers can get SAP support through
Novell. The support package is called ‘SUSE Linux Enterprise Server
Priority Support.’ It’s a mouthful, but the package is designed to
speed up support resolution…”
