so we were somewhat surprised this week by the volume of news that
came relatively unadorned from Santa Clara. After several weeks of
Strum und Drang announcements of speedbumps and customer wins, a
burst of news came quietly from Sun headquarters, and the company
tangoed to a different tune with IBM this week.
