“The Business Software Alliance (BSA) has voiced its concerns
over procurement policy in the Public Sector Open Source Software
Masterplan, saying the policy outlines an ‘explicit preference’ for
OSS.

“Instead, it wants the masterplan to call for a procurement
policy that is based ‘entirely on objective criteria,’ according to
