“Baltimore’s International Mercantile Corp., which does business
as Micromatix.net, today said it has signed a stock exchange/merger
agreement with LinuxOne Inc., formalizing a letter of intent
announced last month….”

“LinuxOne, Inc. is a privately-held developer of embedded Linux
thin client systems. IMC builds custom-configured systems, ranging
from thin clients to full-scale custom configured servers, which
are sold to value-added resellers (VARs) through the company’s
online site.”

“IMC said it would change its name to LinuxOne after the
closing, and expects to move its corporate headquarters to San
Jose, Calif. IMC said the new company’s manufacturing headquarters
would be its current 40,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in
Baltimore.”
