needs doesn’t mean the operating system will become a bloated
mess
, said Bill Bradley, CEO of Enlighten Software.

In fact, Bradley, whose company develops and sells
‘out-of-the-box’ cross-platform systems-management software, thinks
that the new offerings aimed at corporate users will ultimately
result in more streamlined and high performance versions of
Linux.”

“The true Microsoft spoiler will be Linux, says Bradley, because
it’s easier to access and deploy than Java, and Microsoft won’t be
able to adopt and distort Linux’s mission.”
