ZDNet UK/Reuters: Transmeta to offer 13 million shares in IPO

“Transmeta Monday set terms for an initial public offering at
13m common shares in a range of $11-$13 per share, potentially
netting the microprocessor company about $144m (£97.35m) in
proceeds.”

“Underwriters led by Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Deutsche
Banc Alex Brown have an overallotment option of 1.95 million
shares.”

Transmeta, which plans to list on Nasdaq under the symbol TMTA,
will have more than 126 million common shares outstanding when
the IPO is completed.”
