Ubuntu 15.10 was released without a huge fanfare and for Ubuntu 14.04 users there is no real requirement to upgrade. In this review I have documented the one frustration that has bothered me about Ubuntu for so many years, the Ubuntu Software Centre. Why is nothing being done to fix it?
