Juho Sarvikas, Chief Product Officer at HMD Global, announced today on Twitter that the company kept its promise and listened to its customers, releasing the Android 8.0 Oreo software update to all Nokia 3 owners worldwide. The rollout starts today and could take up to a few weeks to arrive at all users. Twice as faster as its predecessor, the Android 8.0 Oreo operating system adds dozens of new features and improvements, among which we can mention the ability to set background limits for app to minimize their background activity, smart text selection, as well as Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode for video playback.
