HTC’s VP of Product Management Mo Versi announced just a few moments ago on Twitter that owners of unlocked HTC U11 Life smartphones can now also install the Android 8.0 Oreo mobile operating system on their devices. Android Oreo is being seeded to HTC U11 Life users as an OTA (Over-the-Air) update. Again, please note that only unlocked HTC U11 Life handsets are receiving the Android 8.0 Oreo update, which could take a while to arrive for all users around the globe.
