Android 8.1 Oreo Is Now Rolling Out to Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 (2017) Smartphones

If you’ve been waiting to install Android 8.1 Oreo on your Nokia 5 or Nokia 6 smartphone, now you can finally update it to the most recent stable release of the Linux-based Android mobile operating system used by millions of mobile phone users all over the world. Juho Sarvikas, Chief Product Officer at HMD Global, announced the Android 8.1 Oreo rollout for Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 (2017) users this weekend, so some of you out there should be able to install the new version, which comes with March 2018’s Android Security Patch.
