Android Q Beta 3 comes packed with numerous improvements and new features that early adopters may enjoy if they feel brave enough to enrol their devices into the Android Q Beta program. Apparently Google put a lot of effort lately to improve the privacy and security of its mobile OS, so it’s no surprise that Android Q adds even more privacy and security features. In Beta 3, Android Q now supports biometric authentications at a system level, gives users more control over when Android apps can access their location and to restrict app launches from the background, limits access to non-resettable device identifiers like serial number and IMEI, and randomizes the MAC address when connecting to different Wi-Fi networks.
