Anjuta IDE 3.12 Beta 1 Released for Testing with Several Fixes

Anjuta IDE 3.12 Beta 1 removes unneeded weak pointer for run-program, automatically set the default setting for project directory, author, version, and email in the project wizard, the new window action is no longer disabled, adds a missing image for an icon located next to recent projects, and removes a weak pointer for debug-manager.
