Based on Wine 2.4, Wine Staging 2.4 Brings GDI+ Scaling Performance Improvements

While it’s based on the Wine 2.4 development release, Wine Staging 2.4 is not a major version and only implements some additional System/Process/Thread information values and classes, improves the GDI+ scaling performance, and completes the object type implementation. Various other smaller enhancements are also part of today’s Wine Staging 2.4 release, along with all the goodies from Wine 2.4, such as an updated Mono engine, simulated italic and bold in DirectWrite, XML reader improvements, as well as the extra Direct3D command stream work.
