Canonical Makes It Easy for Users to Install Snaps via Ubuntu Software

But that’s not all Canonical introduced in today’s update of Ubuntu Software, as Mohan Ram informs us that it is also possible to install snaps now, as in the new Snap package format invented by Canonical specifically for the Snappy Ubuntu Core operating system aimed at deployments on embedded and IoT (Internet of Things) devices. However, at this moment it is only possible to install apps in the snap file format that have been submitted to the Ubuntu Snappy Store.
