The final release of Ubuntu 17.10 is expected to hit the streets next week on Thursday, October 19, 2017, and Canonical needs community’s help to test the Release Candidate ISO images that they’ll publish on Monday, October 16, on the official ISO tracker for Ubuntu, and probably a few other flavors. Maintainers of the Kubuntu and Lubuntu official Ubuntu flavors also announced today on Twitter that they’d be joining the community ISO testing movement, asking users to keep an eye on the ISO tracker on Monday for the Release Candidate images, in an attempt to make sure Kubuntu 17.10 and Lubuntu 17.10 are bug-free.
