CBB 0.8.0 – personal finance management application with Y2K fixes

The Y2K rollover exposed several remaining Y2K bugs in CBB’s
front end GUI. These issues are all [hopefully] addressed by the
0.8.0 release.

“CBB” is a personal finance management application. It is
implemented in two parts. The data base “engine” is written in Perl
and the graphical front end is written in Tcl/Tk.
