CentOS Atomic Host Update Adds Docker 1.10.3, Built From Standard CentOS 7 RPMs

Built from standard CentOS 7 RPMs, CentOS Atomic Host has been updated to version 7.20160707, another important milestone that closely tracked the component versions included upstream in the Red Hat Enterprise Linux Atomic Host operating system, and includes many updated components. The new updated software packages are Linux kernel 3.10.0-327.22.2.el7.x86_64, Docker 1.10.3-44 and Atomic run tool 1.10.5-5.
