CentOS-Based NethServer Distro Now Supports Delta RPMs from CentOS Mirrors

NethServer 6.6 RC1 now supports Delta RPM packages directly from CentOS??? mirrors, adds various packages (traceroute, bind-utils, tmpwatch) aimed at helping users with troubleshooting, renames the package manager to Software center and moves it into the Administration section. Also, Phone Home has been added to collect limited usage statistics.
