Chakra GNU/Linux Users Receive KDE Plasma 5.8.2 and KDE Apps 16.08.2, Lots More

Just like Arch Linux, Chakra GNU/Linux is a rolling operating system, which means that users always receive the latest updates without having to download a new ISO image and reinstall. And today, we’re happy to inform our Chakra GNU/Linux users that they’ve received the newest KDE Plasma 5.8.2 LTS desktop environment. But KDE Plasma 5.8.2 doesn’t come alone, and users are also getting the KDE Applications 16.08.2 software suite, along with the KDE Frameworks 5.27.0 collection of add-ons for Qt 5. These introduce an updated Plasma Workspace component that now offers the ksuperkey package functionality by default.
