In an effort to dramatically improve response time on problems,
Microsoft will offer free 24-hour, seven-day-a-week online support,
manned by senior support engineers responding within two hours, to
value-added providers and Microsoft Certified Solution
Providers.
Microsoft will also open most of its Support Service Desk,
including online technical resources, documentation, workarounds,
frequently asked questions and drivers.
“… no other vendor we know offers free, unlimited support,”
said Sam Jadallah, vice president of Microsoft’s Organization
Customer Unit.
