It was a known fact that the Fedora developer had their regular “Fedora 23 Final Go/No-Go” meeting earlier this morning, October 22, where they decided that Fedora 23 is not ready to hit the streets at this time. Therefore, Fedora Linux users who were eagar to upgrade to the Fedora 23 release need to wait one more week. At least this way they can rest assure that the GNU/Linux operating system is bug free.
