Debian-Based Elive 3.0 Promises Persistence Support, New Beta Adds Many Changes

Elive 2.8.8 Beta is here with a lot of improvements and updated components, despite the fact that it comes only three weeks after the previous Beta (build 2.8.6), the most important one being a brand-new persistence feature that lets you save configs and other files on the USB medium during live sessions. Among the changes included in the Elive 2.8.8 Beta release, such as the ability to upload screenshots on Elive’s dedicated servers and share them on social media, a default dark theme called Lucax, better geolocated automatic time configurations, as well as better installation of drivers for Nvidia and AMD Radeon GPUs.
