The latest release, Deluge 1.3.13 is a major one, and the project’s development team tells us that they’ve managed to add an extremely large set of bug fixes for the 1.3 series, which is currently the latest stable and most advanced one. Starting with Deluge 1.3.13, they also added support for the libtorrent 1.0.9 library to the Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows ports. Another interesting change in the Deluge 1.3.13 release is the deprecation of Python 2.6 support for Microsoft Windows operating systems. This means that only Python 2.7 series is now supported, and users are urged to stop using Python 2.6. Otherwise, any third-party plugin you might have installed will disappear from the list of plugins.
