Download Linux Kernel 3.11 Release Candidate 4

Last evening, August 4, Linus Torvalds announced the immediate availability for download and testing of the fourth Release Candidate version of the upcoming Linux kernel 3.11. Linux kernel 3.11 RC4 includes some arch updates (ARM, PA-RISC), updated drivers (networking, USB and DRM), as well as various core networking changes.
