Download Linux Kernel 3.13 Release Candidate 3

Linus Torvalds has just announced a few minutes ago, December 6, that the third Release Candidate of the upcoming Linux kernel 3.13 is now available for download and testing. According to Linus Torvalds, Linux kernel 3.13 RC3 is a pretty big release that includes mostly updated drivers (network, sound, SCSI, crypto, etc.), architecture updates (ARM, x86, pa-risc, etc.), some networking and filesystem updates, and ARM DT stuff.
