“Specman Elite, a testbench automation tool from Verisity,
has become the latest EDA product to be ported to the Linux
operating system. Several other Verisity products already
support Linux, including the SureCov code coverage tool, SureLint
static design analyzer and SureSolve white-box test generator.”
“Verisity claims that Specman Elite is the market share leader
in testbench automation. Since many other verification tools,
including Verilog simulators, have been ported to Linux, the
company said, there’s now a full verification solution on that
platform.”
