Emmabunt??s 3 1.04 is the fourth maintenance update in the series based on the long-term supported Xubuntu 14.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) operating system, bringing numerous improvements and updated components. Prominent new features include Lilo as an alternative web search engine to respect the privacy of users when using the Internet, and the implementation of new UEFI standard for 64-bit PCs. Bundled with all the improvements published in the official Debian Edition of the operating system, Emmabunt??s 3 1.04 is powered by the Linux 3.13 kernel that’s available in the Xubuntu 14.04.1 LTS operating system, and includes lots of new apps, among which we can mention Scratch text editor, KeepassX password manager, Systemback data backup utility, and Baobab disk usage analyzer.
