Empathy 3.10.3 Stable Release Fixes Two Annoying Bugs

Thanks to Guillaume Desmottes, Empathy 3.10.3 fixes an annoying bug that did not allowe groups in the contact list to be hidden and, thanks to Philip Withnall, this update removes the empathy_create_individual_from_tp_contact() function. In addition, several translations have been updated in Empathy 3.10.3, including Spanish, Traditional Chinese, Panjabi, and Tamil. The Greek documentation has also been updated.
