Employee Lawsuits Put Mandriva Linux Out of Business, According to Its CEO

Long story short, it would appear that, according to Mr. Jean Manuel-Croset, the Mandriva S.A. company was put out of business because of the numerous employee lawsuits. Well, that’s sad to hear, but it is even sadder to learn that people were fired because of some “restructuring process” while the company was actually doing pretty good, also according to Mandriva CEO. However, the fact of the matter is that those former Mandriva S.A. employees are currently working for the Mageia project, so maybe we will learn their side of the story very soon.
