As expected, Enlightenment 0.21.4 is a bugfix release that addresses numerous of the issues reported by users since the previous maintenance update, namely Enlightenment 0.21.3, which was released more than a month and a half ago, in an attempt to further improve the overall stability of the desktop environment. As Enlightenment continues its path towards a pure Wayland experience, the Enlightenment 0.21.4 point release comes with many Wayland improvements, but also some Bryce fixes, and many other interesting additions, including the ability to change the calendar month using the mouse wheel.
